Useful context. Tight boundaries.

Rookiee Brain is an owner-operated assistant that turns selected email and calendar data into private summaries, reminders, and explicitly requested actions.

What the app does

  • Reads incoming Gmail messages to produce private finance, task, and digest summaries.
  • Fetches a supported attachment only when it is needed for a requested workflow.
  • Reads explicitly selected Google calendars to create and update personal reminders.
  • Changes a personal calendar event only after the account owner explicitly asks for or confirms that change.

Permission boundaries

Gmail access is read-only. Rookiee Brain cannot send mail or change provider state such as read flags, labels, folders, archives, or deletions. Work-calendar access is read-only. Personal-calendar access is limited to the calendar features described above, and the app works only with calendars selected by the account owner.

Data practices

The Privacy Policy explains what Google data is accessed, how it is used and stored, the retention periods, and how access can be revoked. Use is also subject to the Terms of Use.
